Who we are
SM Legal is a boutique law firm in India, specialising in taxation matters. The firm was founded by Shreya Mundhra, who is a practising lawyer, a Chartered Accountant, and a Company Secretary. Prior to her independent practice at SM Legal, Shreya was associated with leading law firms in India. She has more than a decade of post-qualification experience in the field of Indirect tax laws and Foreign trade laws, and is proficient in tax litigation as well as tax optimisation and strategy.
