Shreya Mundhra has almost a decade of post qualification experience in the field of Indirect tax laws and Foreign trade laws and is proficient in tax litigation as well as tax optimization and strategy.
Her specialised area of practice includes Goods and Services Tax (GST), Customs and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) laws, Excise, Service tax, Sales tax, Foreign Trade Policy, and other international trade and regulatory laws.
As a consultant, she routinely provides advisory services, handles tax compliance reviews, contract reviews, contract drafting, due diligence, providing efficient tax restructuring & optimisation strategies in all sectors.Â
As a litigator, she engages in drafting of pleadings, including replies, appeals, petitions etc. and acts as Standing Counsel at various High Courts, Advocate on Record on Original as well as Appellate side jurisdiction of Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta, or as a Counsel before any Tribunal/Authority across India.Â
She regularly delivers lectures in many forums on varied topics and has authored a number of articles on diverse issues under GST law. She is an active member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (IWN) as well as Association of Corporate Advisers and Executives.Â
